4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship to most regions globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, we will notify you and cancel your order.

4.2 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

4.3 Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50): Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.

4.4 Delivery Responsibilities

Once the products are delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be directed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our bicycles, components, and apparel. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included

For hygiene and safety reasons, clothing items that have been worn or had tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, product name, SKU (if available), and reason for return/exchange
3. Wait for approval from our customer service team (response within 1-2 business days)
4. Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

5.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/defective items).

5.4 Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your original item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.

5.5 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective products and expedite your replacement or refund.
