  • Free Shipping via EMS (for orders over $50): Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Once the products are delivered to the carrier, the risk of loss and title for such products pass to you. Any claims for lost or damaged shipments must be directed to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our bicycles, components, and apparel. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In their original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included

For hygiene and safety reasons, clothing items that have been worn or had tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are defective.

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

5.3 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/defective items).
