Shipping Information
We ship to most regions globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Tracking information will be provided for all shipments so you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our bicycles, components, and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Return Policy Overview:
- Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase or order number is required
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (except for damaged/defective items)
Return & Exchange Process:

- Order number
- Product name and SKU (if available)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship to: Felt Bicycles Shop

Refund Information:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Exchange Process:
If you need a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your original item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.
