You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
- Items must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
- A proof of purchase or order number is required

- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and typically respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and instructions.
- Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your original item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.
