Return Policy Overview

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging
  • Items must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required
Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, clothing items (except for defective products) that have been worn or have had tags removed cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes jerseys, shorts, bibs, and other apparel.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Submit a Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and typically respond within 1-2 business days with authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely package the item(s) and ship them to our returns address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Process

If you need a different size, color, or model, please indicate this in your return request. We will process the exchange once we receive your original item. If the exchange item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or charge the balance accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective products and expedite your replacement or refund.
